Narayan Bharadwaj - Business Head |

Narayan Bharadwaj is the business head for Wipro Gallagher Solutions, Inc. He is responsible for setting and directing the strategy and vision of WGS’ world-wide business and for bringing “best-in-class” solutions to WGS clients by leveraging Wipro’s deep domain expertise in banking and financial services.
Narayan has more than 18 years of experience in banking and financial services technology and operations. Narayan started his career with ANZ Cards in risk operations and subsequently moved on to Citibank where he delivered several strategic technology programs for Citi’s Emerging Markets and India businesses for consumer and asset-based finance business lines. After his stint at Citi, Narayan moved on to GE Money to head up their lending systems, leading successful roll-outs of an end-to-end core lending platform. At GE Money, he also worked at the global CIO’s organization responsible for change management for their global cards systems. From GE Money, Narayan joined Wipro as the Practice Head for Cards where he worked on several successful initiatives to establish a domain-based differentiation for marquee clientele. Afterward, Narayan undertook an entrepreneurial venture, co-founding Quatrro Risk Management & Analytics Services along with his ex-colleagues from Citi, offering risk management services to banks and financial institutions. In Narayan’s second stint with Wipro, he led Wipro’s relationship in Asia-Pacific for one of the world’s largest banking and financial services company as the Client Partner.
Narayan is a Chartered Accountant & Management Accountant. He is also a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and a GE certified six-sigma green belt.

Chris Anderson - General Manager |

Chris began his career with the former Gallagher Financial Systems (GFS) in 1994 and spent five years as a financial manager and senior sales associate. After leaving GFS in 1999, Chris rejoined the company in 2001 as the CFO. In early 2004, Chris was named President of GFS, overseeing all aspects of the company. In his role today, Chris is responsible for obtaining all the licenses Wipro Gallagher Solutions will need in becoming a comprehensive origination and servicing provider to the financial services industry. Chris is also very involved with MISMO and has been an elected member of the MISMO Governance Committee since 2007. In his two years away from the company, Chris worked for mortgage.com as vice president of sales and with Avenel Alliance as senior vice president of technology, where he managed technology needs and analyzed possible acquisitions for a publicly-traded holding company. Chris received his degree in finance in 1992 from the University of Miami.

Pete LeFebvre - General Manager - Operations |

Pete LeFebvre is the head of operations for Wipro Gallagher Solutions (WGS). He joined WGS in 1989 and spent four years developing, marketing, and supporting risk management software before assuming responsibility for product development. He has overseen the delivery responsibilities for two generations of our core lending platform, Millennium and NetOxygen. As operations manager, Pete is responsible for implementation, support, product development, and training. Pete holds a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix.

Joey McDuffee - Head - Sales & Marketing |

Before coming to WGS, Joey McDuffee spent his time as a teaching assistant for the Physics Department and as a research assistant for the Rapid Prototype Development Laboratory at the University of Dayton in Ohio. Joey started at WGS in October of 1993 as a Forms Designer and Programmer. He quickly moved into the area of software training and implementation for the WGS POS system. With the advent of the WGS Windows-based mortgage origination software product, Joey became an implementation consultant before taking over the position of Manager of Training and Technical Services. Joey has worked with a diverse array of clients, including sub-prime lenders, mobile home lenders, and regular 'A' paper lenders, ranging in size from 20 to 2000 users. After the release of the NetOxygen mortgage origination software platform, Joey formalized the Sales and Marketing Department, becoming the Head of Sales & Marketing.
